About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursery Labourer to join our team at S&B Landscaping and Fencing Ltd. as a Horticulture Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and care of plants, lawns, and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Care: Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Soil Preparation: Mix and prepare soils to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean work areas and assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Training and Development: Will train and develop skills in horticulture and landscaping.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Will train and develop skills in horticulture and landscaping.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
