The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Producer to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, drive product roadmaps, plan requirements, identify technical risks, and provide analyses and recommendations to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan deliverables with project leads and directors, validate feasibility, and drive development through the project's lifecycle.
  • Ensure technical alignment, coordinate dependencies, assign tasks, and drive decision-making.
  • Break down complex technical deliverables, manage the project roadmap, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Motivate and empower multi-disciplinary teams to tackle technical challenges.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team in an agile environment while monitoring team health and development status.
  • Coach and develop team members, assess performance, and identify career opportunities.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and compatibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Direct management experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving product development.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA.
