Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration and administrative tasks, including scheduling and payment collection.

- Utilize our Electronic Medical Record system effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure cleanliness in examination areas.
- Participate in training for specialty programs after a successful probationary period.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Ontario and be eligible to work in Canada.
- 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
