Executive Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Executive Director of the Clarence Rockland Family Health Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide inspirational leadership and operational guidance to our clinic, driving forward our mission and vision.

About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading our team of healthcare professionals, working closely with physicians and the Board to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be a proactive, values-driven individual with a collaborative management style, dedicated to team-building, quality improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to the clinic
• Collaborate with physicians and the Board to drive forward the clinic's mission and vision
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, and external agencies
• Manage the clinic's budget and resources to ensure efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with provincial healthcare policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration or a combination of related education and experience
• At least 5 years' experience in primary care
• Experience managing a healthcare clinic or organization of similar complexity
• Experience with provincial healthcare organizations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
