About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladder to join our team at Essential Exteriors. As an Exterior Cladder, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, repairing and servicing existing products, and ensuring the safe and efficient installation of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior prefabricated products, including siding, soffits, and fascia boards. Repair and service existing products to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare and maintain work sites, including loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the safety of operations, monitor safety conditions, and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification, working at heights training.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
