Retail Store Manager

RIDGE VAPES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to improve store performance.
- Establish and maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
