We are on the lookout for a proactive Inventory Management Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. This role involves assisting the Inventory Control Manager in the oversight and coordination of inventory systems and processes. Key responsibilities will encompass training team members, implementing inventory best practices, supporting inventory initiatives, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational direction and training to team members
  • Establish and execute inventory best practices
  • Assist with inventory-related projects and ensure their timely execution
  • Provide reports on inventory activities and discrepancies to management
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to address inventory-related concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • 6-8 years of experience in inventory management and project oversight
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, including Health Canada regulations
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
