Quality Control and AssuranceConduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Supply Chain ManagementSource and procure high-quality food and supplies, negotiating prices and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
Team LeadershipSupervise and lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they meet their responsibilities and contribute to the success of the company.
