Vous serez chargé de déterminer et de développer les programmes d'immobilisations du CN, en utilisant les outils et les technologies de planification des immobilisations du CN.

Responsabilités
  • Créer des plans d'immobilisations axés sur les données qui intègrent les données sur le terrain et établissent un ordre de priorité des projets à l'échelle du réseau
  • Définir et évaluer les projets en utilisant de nombreux paramètres, y compris des critères fondés sur les risques
  • Participer aux inspections à l'extérieur du territoire
  • Effectuer des inspections de contrôle cohérentes sur le terrain
  • Gestion des budgets et soutien
  • Travailler avec les Finances - Ingénierie pour aider à l'estimation exacte des projets
  • Aider les équipes régionales avec les données des actifs, la planification des projets et les budgets des immobilisations
Compétences requises
  • Expérience de la gestion des budgets
  • Formation, certification et désignation
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
  • Qualification en vertu des Lignes directrices concernant l'inspection de la voie
  • Connaissances et compétences techniques
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Access et PowerPoint), Bentley et Power BI
  • Connaissance des systèmes TIS et de l'entrepôt de données (BW)
