Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Balance cash, complete financial reports, and prepare budgets and cost estimates.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring all stock levels are adequate and properly recorded.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The Assistant Manager will be expected to stand for extended periods and manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Personal Attributes: Must be organized, reliable, and flexible, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 5-20 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
