Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in retail management and familiar with in-store systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong foundation in customer service.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of nutrition and supplements.
- Results-oriented with the ability to analyze data for optimal outcomes.
- Adept at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Confident, driven, and enthusiastic about your capabilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and a sense of accountability.
- Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and business insight.
- Resourceful, resilient, and dedicated to hard work.
- Willingness to commit to 45+ hours weekly to ensure team success and development.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings, leading by example during these times.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Capability to manage personal and team stress effectively.
- A degree in retail management or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in the health supplement sector and 3 years in retail management.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
