At McNally Contractors, we are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move construction materials around the worksite, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Remove large rocks and debris, clearing the terrain to facilitate equipment operation.
  • Spread gravel and other construction materials for padding or setting concrete structures.
  • Shovel test holes, locating markers and flags, and quarantine exposed pipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, free from clutter, rubble, and garbage.

Work Environment/Conditions:

  • Work in an outdoor setting, exposed to various weather conditions, heat, and humidity.
  • Physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • May require overtime and out-of-town work.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 5 Operator's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Testing.
  • Pre-employment Fit for Work Testing.
  • Heavy Civil Construction or labor experience is an asset.
