Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Taste of India. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist customers with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

The Server will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The ability to work overtime is required.

Language

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.

Hours of Work

The Server will work 40 hours per week.
