Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Crescent Heights Medical Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues. They will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the province or territory
  • 2 years of experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
