Key Responsibilities- Lead the store team to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store environment.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with other teams.
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
- Partner with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
- Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers and ensure accountability for building a repeat customer base through unparalleled spirited service.
- Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Communicate with the Store Manager on sales drivers and discuss any issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximize business.
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to recruit store personnel with a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
- Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
- Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations, sales results, and provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance.
- Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.
We are looking for a candidate who connects with consumers and has a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand. You will have previous people management experience and be able to act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
- You will be energetic and inspire trust, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
- You will approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions.
