Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at 13546063 Canada Inc. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Prepare layouts and ensure compliance with building codes using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Prepare tenders and quotations for clients.
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate building levels.
- Supervise and lead other workers on the construction site.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-7 months of experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on quality and safety.
