Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Nike products and services
  • Assist with daily retail operations, including visual presentation, stockroom, and cash handling
  • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Participate in store events and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
