Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Forecasting Consultant to join our Finance and Accounting department at Toyota Canada Inc. This is a 12-month contract opportunity reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Requirements
  • University degree/College diploma in Business/Accounting.
  • One of the following designations: CPA, CA, CMA or CGA.
  • 4+ years of financial work experience (including financial budgeting, planning, reporting, and analysis experience).
  • Previous experience supervising other team members is an asset.
  • Experience with financial modeling & consolidation (experience within planning software i.e. Hyperion, SAP/BPC).
  • ERP system experience coupled with Financial Reporting tools (SAP experience preferred).
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent PowerPoint development and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated individual, who is a quick learner, has strong organizational skills and a focus on the customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to link company financials to the larger business and industry context.
  • Experience partnering with the business including at senior levels.
  • Excellent coaching/mentoring, and team building skills.
  • Dedication to Continuous improvement (Challenge, Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu).
