The Automotive Service Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at Canadian Tire Beacon Hill (Store 611). Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring ongoing commitment to customer needs and satisfaction.

    • Ensure seamless communication with customers throughout the repair or maintenance process.
  • Operations
    • Coordinate and review repair orders with customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Estimate costs and time required for services and repairs, ensuring final invoices match estimates.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, managing work orders and schedules.
    • Schedule service and repair appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Operate computerized work order systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
    • Engage in ongoing learning and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability, sharing suggestions with the Service Manager.
    • Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures.
  • Requirements
    • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
    • Understanding of mechanical components and systems in automobiles.
    • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
    • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
    • Working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
    • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
    • Valid driver's license for the province of employment.
