As a Data Scientist, Decisions in the Rider & Safety team, you will play a critical role in leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business and product performance

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
