Position Overview:
Our client, a leading entity in the production of components for the manufacturing of corrugated plastic piping, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Their offerings are utilized in various sectors including industrial, medical, automotive, and agricultural applications.

Work Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery utilized in all internal manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of the facility and its assets.
  • Identify errors or technical issues and provide effective solutions for both CNC and non-CNC manufacturing equipment.
  • Generate comprehensive service reports.
  • Maintain documentation of processes.
  • Operate vehicles and machinery safely, including lift trucks and cranes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and disseminate information throughout the organization.
  • Provide recommendations and briefings on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications, as well as specifications for new machinery.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a 433A Millwright license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in diagnosing mechanical and minor electrical issues.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design and visualization, as well as installation drawings for facilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Able to manage multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must possess personal tools.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular hours during equipment failure situations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
