Senior Specialist Solutions Architect

Sr Specialist Solutions Architect, SAP, Enterprise Application Migration & Modernization

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) EAMM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying SAP solutions on leading cloud platforms, including in-depth knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings from cloud providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design highly scalable, resilient, and secure SAP landscapes that leverage cloud-native services for optimization of performance, cost, and manageability.
  • Collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams. Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Along with your extended team, own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
  • Collaborate with your GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  • Guide and Support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate new AWS solutions into customer architectures.

What We Offer

  • 10+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
  • ~7+ years management of technical, customer facing resources.
  • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries. Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired.
