Job Overview

The Human Resources Vice-President will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of human capital within the organization. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively allocate resources and implement policies that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Coordination: Oversee the operations of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive functioning.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Policy Development: Set organizational objectives and formulate or endorse policies and programs that support these goals.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Office applications.
