As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business functions and driving end-to-end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business units in gathering requirements and visualizing information depending on the project stage
- Perform various activities during the project lifecycle, including testing and business analysis
- Develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst driving end-to-end project delivery
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in project management, tracking project progression
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels
- Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field
The interview process will consist of a 45-minute video interview with a Hiring Manager and 1-2 managers. The first 15 minutes will be for introduction, role overview, and what we are looking for in the candidate. The manager will then ask abstract questions to review the candidate's mentality and ability to switch quickly.
