Meat Cutter Position

Miracle Farm Incorporated is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in a meat processing and packing environment. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing meats for processing or cutting, preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers, and wrapping and packaging prepared meats.
Key Responsibilities- **Meat Preparation**: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- **Cutting and Trimming**: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- **Packaging**: Wrap and package prepared meats.
- **Quality Control**: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale.
- **Presentation**: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
As a Meat Cutter, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- **Physical Demands**: The ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks.
- **Work Schedule**: Availability for shift or on-call work, and a willingness to work 40 hours per week.
- **Language**: Fluency in English.
