About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Design Engineer to join our team at Power Bus Way Ltd. as a key member of our design and manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create manufacturing instructions and user manuals for our products.
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare design, drawings, and specifications for our products.
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support our manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, including 3D graphic software, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor, to create detailed designs and models.
  • Estimate costs and materials for our products and manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in machine design and manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and drafting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and a team player.
