Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of General Manager at R&T Tax Management Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources as needed.
  • Establish and manage major departments, including senior staff positions.
  • Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, delegating representatives as necessary.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
  • Manage events and develop client information systems.
  • Oversee quality control and file review processes.
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$85.50-$87.50 per hour.
