We are seeking a skilled Meat Trimmer to join our team at Premium Donair Deli. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for trimming and preparing meat for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat to specific cuts for wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat to ensure quality and safety
- Operate various equipment and machinery, including cleavers, knives, and power cutting tools
Our meat processing and packing plant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be working in a cold and refrigerated environment, with exposure to odors and noise.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain accurate records
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
