Permanent Elementary Core French Teacher Opportunities

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board is seeking qualified candidates for Permanent Elementary Core French Teacher positions. As a French Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and successful school year.
- Qualified Ontario College of Teacher (OCT) Educators in Good Standing.
- New Faculty of Education Graduate from 2023 and awaiting OCT Number.
- New Faculty of Education Graduate graduating in 2024.
- Internationally Trained educators with Ontario College of Teacher accreditation or in progress of working through the accreditation process.
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations, Ethical Standards for the Teaching Profession, and the Standards of Practice for the Teaching Profession.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Ontario curriculum, evaluation, and assessment techniques.
- Current understanding of research, integrating technology, and best instructional practices.
- Effective classroom management skills and ability to create a welcoming and safe Catholic learning environment for all students.
