Job Title: Drywall Installer

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at Betterjoice Renovation Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, finishing walls and ceilings, and ensuring a high-quality finish. If you have experience in drywall installation and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install drywall sheets and finish walls and ceilings to a high standard
  • Cut and fit drywall sheets to ensure a smooth finish
  • Apply joint compound to seams and corners, and sand to a smooth finish
  • Install metal corner beads and wire mesh to protect exterior corners
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
