Overall Purpose of a Team Supervisor

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and support while mentoring, developing, and inspiring team members.

Provide direction and support to site personnel.

Foster and maintain a positive and efficient work environment at sites.

Ensure adherence to all company and client protocols.

May Report to

Site Manager / Site Supervisor / Senior Site Leader / Site Leader.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and site personnel.
  • Engage in daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
Operations
  • Support Site Leaders or Senior Site Leaders as necessary.
  • Train inspectors and verify compliance with processes (e.g., audits).
  • Communicate project changes and work instructions to inspectors.
  • Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
  • Make independent decisions for subjective scenarios based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Site Lead/Supervisor to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process flow, new criteria, and unexpected situations.
  • Manage material movements using inventory management tools (e.g., scanners) as required.
  • Perform inspector duties when necessary.
  • Adhere to local and company Health & Safety regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Follow all TRIGO and site-specific client policies.

Organization & Management

  • Facilitate the flow of information within and between workgroups.
  • Assist in maintaining a 5S/6S working environment.

Technical

  • Collect and maintain company reports and data.
  • Utilize company web portals to document required audits and records.

Other

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook.
  • Proficient in using various gauges and measuring instruments.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • May require the ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed for varying durations and distances.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
