We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Child Caregiver at ElBa - Private Household. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a private household setting.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
- Childcare: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and provide guidance on personal hygiene and social development.
- Transportation: Ensure the children's safe transportation to and from activities and appointments.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and other household members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English or French.
- Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty.
