About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at CUISINE DE MANILLE INC. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits to meet kitchen demands
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
