Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at Skyhawk Transport Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our vehicles and equipment.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic is required.
