Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team as a Mobile Unit Mechanic at Transport Loyal Express. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment on our mobile unit, which includes a wide range of machinery and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on mobile unit equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient operation of the mobile unit.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive, diesel, or industrial mechanics.
  • Skills: Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals; proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools.
  • Physical Demands: Excellent physical strength, manual dexterity, and diagnostic skills; ability to work in a noisy environment.

Working Conditions:
