Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting a positive and empowering environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and personal care.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current enrollment in a diploma or degree program in the human services field is an asset.
  • Related work experience or volunteering in the human services field is an asset.
Working Conditions:

This is a regular part-time position, working nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work 8-hour shifts, subject to change.
