Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Advancement to join our University Advancement team. The successful candidate will drive strategy and increase the capacity of the President and Vice-President to engage alumni and donors, ensuring a high level of planning, coordination, and execution of advancement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage alumni and donors
- Lead and participate in raising engagement and philanthropic support
- Ensure long-term plans are in place for the President's and VP's advancement priorities
- Coordinate logistics for events and activities at the highest level
- 8 years of experience in advancement roles, with experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience leading and managing staff and projects is preferred
- Experience in a university or complex non-profit environment is preferred
