We are seeking a skilled Carton-Forming Machine Repairer to join our team at 3834875 CANADA INC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machinery maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal performance of our production equipment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise.
- Installation of machinery and equipment.
- Repair and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Setting up machines for production runs.
- Assemble and install mechanical equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment irregularities and malfunctions.
- Repair or replace faulty machinery components.
- Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery.
- Install new machinery and equipment as required.
- Experience with conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic control systems.
- Knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery.
- Experience with press brakes and metalworking tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods during work shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Highest level of education completed.
