Job Title: Benefits Coordinator

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.
  • Process and resolve employee benefit claims and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with employees and management to ensure that benefits information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention through benefits and wellness programs.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Diploma in administration or human resources.
