Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Neon Freight Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to operate our tractor-trailers and transport goods to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. If you have a passion for driving and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work in various locations, including remote areas, and may be required to relocate. Our company provides transportation and relocation costs for our drivers.
