About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team at Rico's Residence as a Child Caregiver. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Development: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Household Management: Take charge of light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as shopping for food and household supplies.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for our children.
  • Education and Activities: Engage our children in educational activities, such as reading, puzzles, and games.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including administering medication and handling emergencies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our family members, including parents and other caregivers, to ensure a smooth and harmonious household.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Experience: Experience working with children is an asset, but not necessary.
