Role Overview - Manufacturing Leadership
Baxter is in search of an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Manufacturing Coordination Supervisor within our Pour Bottle and Hemoconcentrates divisions. In this leadership position, you will be instrumental in overseeing team operations and machinery to guarantee the efficient production of superior quality products. Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
- Providing training and mentorship to enhance team member skills
- Executing Value Improvement Projects aimed at reducing costs and improving quality
- Ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory standards
- Achieving financial objectives by upholding budgetary standards
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Mechanical and electrical proficiency
- Prior supervisory experience in a GMP-compliant environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and Microsoft Office software
