Position: Senior Principal Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive coordination of R&D Development Projects and significant Customer Engagements within the Design IP Group.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive, hands-on expertise in mixed-signal IP design and/or SoC development, with a proven track record of successfully leading or managing designs in collaboration with end customers.

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to ensuring impeccable execution. This role requires a passion for managing all aspects of the project within a matrix organizational framework to achieve successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Continuously monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders
  • Prepare reports outlining project advancements, challenges, and solutions
  • Manage customer relationships and project engagements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure effective project execution

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in mixed-signal design and comprehensive flow is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in managing designs and teams from inception to production
  • Familiarity with end-to-end design processes and tools for both analog and digital design, from Architecture (schematics and RTL) to GDS
  • MSEE degree preferred
