Assistant Store Manager Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Kent Building Supplies, you will be responsible for all operations throughout the store, including maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing a first-class customer service experience, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers
  • Deliver financial results by managing store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree an asset
