Position Overview

Join TORONTO SKY AVIATION INC. as a dedicated CNC Machining Specialist. This is a permanent role where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on precision manufacturing.

Work Environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery for repetitive machining tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy by verifying dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Input codes to define speed, feed, and cutting paths for CNC machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Machinist Trade Certification required.
  • Equipment Experience: Proficient with engine lathes, milling machines, and tool grinders.
  • Fabrication Experience: Skilled in turning, milling, honing, broaching, drilling, and grinding.
Safety and Compliance
  • Must pass a medical examination and a criminal record check.
