We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

What We Offer
As a Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales floor team, restocking shelves, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
