About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at G-FORCE CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired density.
  • Levels top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Imparts a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and extend their lifespan.
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
