Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality food for our guests. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of dishes, including our signature Tex-Mex favorites, using fresh ingredients and following our recipes.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our service staff to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy their dining experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs and remain physically active throughout your shift.
  • Previous culinary experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
