Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at 2793588 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and obtain a security clearance.
