The work site is characterized by a hot environment typical of restaurant kitchens.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Prepare financial plans and cost estimates for operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef's review.
- Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
